MISSION
NOE MANAGEMENT Sagl is a service company based in Lugano (Switzerland), set up by a number of skilled individuals with more than twenty years of experience in the marine field, wishing to provide qualified and tailored technical services to customers.
The different departments of the company are capable of providing the following main services.
TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
In addition the typical service of technical management (organization of maintenance works, technical assistance to Owners and crew, surveying on board, assistance with relationships with classification societies, authorities, P&I clubs, insurance companies, etc), thanks to the assistance of the sister company Interprogetti Genova Srl, NOE MANAGEMENT Sagl is capable also to provide assistance for design activities, litigations, claim management, financial assessments, valuations, pre-purchase inspection, damage surveys, etc.
ISM / SMS / MLC
In accordance with the ISM code, NOE MANAGEMENT Sagl is provided with Document of Compliance for Italia and Panama flags for Oil Tanker, Chemical Tanker, Gas Carrier, Bulk Carrier, General Cargo, and Other Cargo Ships.
Furthermore the company has also obtained the Document of Compliance from Isle of Man for managing commercial yachts.
As such the company provides to the managed vessels, all manuals, forms, check lists and all other documents necessary for the fulfillment of the of the ISM Code and Maritime Labour Convention (MLC 2006).
Our personnel regularly provides to instruct and guide the crew for the fulfillment of their duties under national and international regulations and to keep in good order the ship, records, etc.
ISPS
The company provides assistance to Ship-Owners to comply with the ISPS codes. In particular provides to :
• carry out security assessment on board,
• prepare the Ship Security Plan
• train as necessary the crew on board.
CREW MANAGEMENT
The company is duly organized to verify qualifications, capabilities and skills of the proposed crew, and is also capable, should it be required by the Ship-Owners, to provide assistance for the selection of Crew Manning agencies.
ACCOUNTING
NOE MANAGEMENT Sagl is able to offer any kind of assistance for accounting and financial matters, including assistance with banks, collection of freights, etc. Any activity is daily monitored and duly reported the Ship-Owners who are constantly informed about cash flows, running costs, financial budgets, etc.
Last but not least,NOE MANAGEMENT Sagl is capable of assisting the Ship-Owners in obtaining financial supports for purchasing ships or for other activities from banks and financial institutions.
SALE & PURCHASE
NOE MANAGEMENT Sagl may provide a full tailored assistance to customers in the S&P deals working side by side with S&P brokers, carrying out conditions surveys and valuations and assisting all parties step by step to obtain the necessary documentation for Class and Flag registration.
OPERATION DEPARTMENT
NOE MANAGEMENT Sagl may assist Ship-Owners in operations dealing with shipping agencies, brokers, charterers and following the ships' daily needs, planning the ship’s schedule, bunker supplies, spare part delivery, etc.
